Name: Eagan Silvabeck

Apparel::
1) His jacket, part of his attire made for him by Sebastian
2) His faces. He's happy generally all of the time, except when he doesn't understand anything
3) His pants, also made by his Butler
4) A shin guard that Eagan made himself. he grew lazy and never finished the other one.
5) Working gloves
6) Gear eye. a small decoration of his face. he hardly opens that eye. it only opens when he becomes excited and also when excited, the gear symbol begins to spin and whirr.
7) His Collar he'll receive in the junkyard city tournament will be around his neck
Bio:: Eagan Silvabeck is a Homonculus from his homeland of Alberta, a city that resides under the sea.
He was created by his "Father", Thomas Silvabeck as a result of Eagan's Mother's inability to conceive. Sadly, Thomas made the grave mistake of digging up the Prince of Alberta, Alan Raimey. and on the day that the royal guard had come to punish Thomas and his wife for Robbing the prince's grave, Eagan awoke shortly after his parent's death and Proceeded to lay waste to the guard until the families butler, Sebastian Moonfeign, Defeated Eagan and at the same time saved him from himself.
after 2 years of Caring and teaching, Eagan became a respectable young successor and in his fathers footsteps, became an inventor.Being a homonculus, He has amazing strength and speed, making him a formidable fighter. He has a young and kind heart, at the same time, he's very immature. by young, i mean that he literally has the heart of a child. He's happy-go-lucky, confident and Does everything he does with a passion and an uncanny need to yell. Loudly.
In a nutshell, He's loud, passionate, Bold and like a child.

You want criticism? Okies. Just warning you, I'm brutally honest.
First off, since you have photoshop, you need ot use the PEN tool, and not the brush tool. Make your lines cleaner.
Second, this is slightly unorganized. While the character itself is good, I'm distracted by....everything else.
Third: on number one, you should probably get rid of the grey outline of the head that you did to help you out with clothing. I know it's supposed to help figure out where the hair will fall and everything...it's....odd.
Fourth: the sword is too low on his hips, the blade will be scraping agains the back of his legs...ouch, painful. also, the handle on the sword is not big enough. it be tiiiny.
You do really well on poses, I'll give you that, and you have a pretty interesting style here. The character is also interesting, I like the gloves. they're cool. The scar gives me difficulty, it's too grey. I mean, it might be supposed to be like that, but maybe use a lighter shade of grey then that really dark one.
You also forgot most of the scar on the "annoyed" head XD
